Is anyone really listening? That’s what our Mazda dealer wanted to be sure of and he knew better than to simply ask people (we’re only human and humans make mistakes). So a new ad was created to highlight a very particular feature – the “sexy red leather seats.” He only ran that ad on our station, so when people came in asking to see the cars with the “sexy red leather seats” he knew they were our listeners. This client is very pleased with these results and the level of customer service our AE, Mike Philyaw, always provides. They’ll be continuing for the remainder of 2021.
